Will I do any custom orders?
If you're interested in placing a custom order, please message me describing what you would like to have made, and I'll give you my thoughts on if I'm willing to make it or not. Since I'm just starting out, the faux fur colors I have on hand are limited, if you request a color I do not have, It will be significantly pricier since I will have to order materials. If you would like to know which colors I have available at the moment, shoot me an email. Please specify in full detail how you would like your custom order to look (size, exact shade of color, personal details, etc.)Reference photos/drawings are greatly appreciated and can help me align with your vision.
The total price will be determined on size, shipping weight, time to make, & material cost.
Custom orders can be resold as new items on my shop if I choose to add them.
These orders are final, I do not allow remakes if the result doesn't meet your expectation.
What is the difference between " MTO- made to order" and "ready to ship"?
A made to order item means that once you complete your purchase, I will start making your piece versus a ready to ship item which means the piece is already made, in stock, and ready to ship to you.
Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for your item to be created, all depending on how many orders I'm already currently working on.
The photos shown when you buy your item are only a sample. Actual product will vary slightly in fur trimming, airbrushing detail and shades of colour. Each pair is individually handcrafted and can't be recreated 100% the same each time. There will be minor differences and imperfections that makes each one unique although I will always try my best to make them as identical to the photo as i can.
When purchasing a Made-To-Order item, you are agreeing that what you receive will have minor and individual differences from the sample photo.
Can I cancel, refund, or exchange my order?
All sales are final & there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure you're 100% committed before purchasing.
Why is my order taking a long time?
Each piece is carefully handcrafted with a lot of time, care, and love put into it. All of my pieces are made by me and me alone, so depending on how many orders I am currently working on will determine how fast I can get your piece delivered to you. I promise I am working hard to fulfill your order, please be patient with me.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
I am not liable for delays, in-transit damage, or lost packages after it has been handed over to the postal service. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to compensation by the postal service.
Do I offer expedited shipping?
Yes, I do,

Do you ship to my country?
I am based in Southern California, USA and I ship worldwide, you can find shipping rates here.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
No, I will not be shipping to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.,
What materials do I use?
I use high quality faux fur. I never use any real animal fur.
